Privacy
Short version: we ask for one thing, an email address, and we use it to send you the page and the occasional note about playing smarter. We don't sell it, and you can have it deleted by replying to any email.
Who is responsible
Tinywave AB (Sweden) is the data controller for the information described here. For anything about your data, write to info@tinywave.io.
What we collect

Your email address is never sent to our analytics. The two are kept apart: the usage events above are not linked to your address or to any profile of you.
Cookies
This site sets no cookies and stores nothing on your device. Our analytics run in memory only, for the duration of a single page view. That's why you weren't asked to dismiss a cookie banner.
Why we're allowed to use it
- Your email address: your consent, given when you submit the form having been told what you'll receive (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR). You can withdraw it at any time.
- Usage events: our legitimate interest in knowing whether the page works and where people give up (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR). No cookies or device storage are involved.
Who else touches it
- MailerLite (MailerLite Limited, Ireland) stores the mailing list and sends the emails. Their data storage centre is in the European Union.
- PostHog handles the usage events, on their EU-hosted service.
- Vercel hosts this page and keeps standard server logs.
These are processors acting on our instructions. Where any processing involves a transfer outside the EEA, it is covered by the safeguards in our agreements with them, such as the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses.
We do not sell your address, and we do not share it with anyone for their own marketing.
How long we keep it
Your address stays on the list until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it — whichever comes first. Every email has an unsubscribe link, and one tap is enough. Usage events are kept only as long as they're useful for improving the page, and they aren't tied to you.
What you can ask for
Under the GDPR you can ask us to show you the data we hold about you, correct it, delete it, restrict or object to how we use it, or send it to you in a portable form. You can also withdraw your consent at any time — that doesn't affect anything we did before you withdrew it.
Email info@tinywave.io and we'll handle it. If you think we've got it wrong, you're entitled to complain to the Swedish Authority for Privacy Protection, IMY.
Changes
If this page changes, the date at the top changes with it.
